Who Can Apply?
For Junior Office Assistant (Post Code 001):
- Qualification: You need a Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university in India.
- Additional: You must qualify the test of "Proficiency in Office Automation with usage of Computer and Associated Software" conducted by APPSC/DSC.
For Office Subordinate (Post Code 002):
- Qualification: You need to have passed VII Class examination.
- Additional: You must be able to ride a bicycle.
For ANM Grade-III (Post Code 003):
- Gender: Only female candidates can apply.
- Qualification: You need to have completed either 18/24 months MPHA (Female) course and be registered with AP Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery and Health Visitors Council, OR a 2-year Intermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) course and be registered with A.P. Para Medical Board.
General Eligibility (All Posts):
- Disability: You must be a Person with Benchmark Disability (minimum 40% disability) with valid SADAREM certificate.
- Domicile: You must be a local candidate of Chittoor District (erstwhile, before district restructuring on 04.02.2022).
- Employment Registration: You must have a valid employment registration card.
- Citizenship: You must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit
- You should be between 18 and 52 years old as on 01 July 2026.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)
There is no written examination or interview for any of these posts. Selection is based on merit:
For DSC Posts (Junior Office Assistant):
- Merit-Based Selection: Based on marks obtained in the requisite qualifying examination (Bachelor's Degree marks).

For ODSC Posts (Office Subordinate, ANM Grade-III):
Selection is based on a 50-mark scoring system:
- Educational Qualifications (10 marks): SSC = 7, Intermediate = 9, Degree = 10
- Age (10 marks): Marks awarded based on age factor
- Employment Seniority (15 marks): Based on employment registration seniority
- Degree of Disability (15 marks): Higher disability percentage gets more marks
Tie-breaking rule: If marks are equal, preference goes to the candidate with higher degree of disability. If that is also tied, the older candidate gets preference. If age is also the same, the one who got their qualification earlier is preferred.
