Who Can Apply?

Manager (Software Development)

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Computer Engineering / IT) or MCA — full-time from a recognized AICTE-approved university
• Experience: At least 12 years in the IT sector, with 8 years specifically in Software Project Life Cycle
• Skills needed: Project management, client and stakeholder management, solution architecture, Agile/SCRUM, deployment processes, and database management

Assistant Manager (Software Development)

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Computer Engineering / IT) or MCA — full-time from a recognized AICTE-approved university
• Experience: At least 9 years of post-qualification experience in software application development
• Skills needed: Angular, ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SSRS, and RDLC

Software Engineer (Software Development)

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Computer Engineering / IT) or MCA — full-time from a recognized AICTE-approved university
• Experience: At least 3 years in software application development
• Skills needed: ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and web services

Network Engineer (Projects)

• Qualification: B.E (IT / Computer) or MCA or B.E (Electronics & Communication) — full-time from a recognized AICTE-approved university
• Experience: At least 3 years of overall work experience
• Skills needed: Enterprise networking (Linux and Windows), IIS and Apache hosting, firewalls, WAF, Layer 2-3 switches, Nagios, Cacti, Nutanix, hypervisors, and cloud/network security

Note: For all positions, your degree must be a full-time course from a recognized or AICTE-approved Indian University or Institute.

Age Limit

• Manager: You should be between 33 and 45 years old
• Assistant Manager: You should be between 30 and 40 years old
• Software Engineer: You should be between 25 and 33 years old
• Network Engineer: You should be between 25 and 33 years old
• Age is calculated as on the advertisement publication date (25 March 2026)

Salary

• The salary package will be negotiated based on your last or current drawn salary
• Apart from the base pay, additional benefits will be applicable as per GIPL's company policy
• Note: Applications may be rejected if your expected CTC is beyond GIPL's norms

Selection Process

• Handle end-to-end software project management activities including planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for government and corporate clients

• Manage enterprise network infrastructure across Linux and Windows environments, ensuring uptime and security compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver technology projects on schedule
• Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and project status updates for stakeholders and management review
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues, network incidents, and infrastructure challenges to minimize downtime
• Follow company SOPs, security policies, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across all project deliverables
