Salary

Selection Process

Responsibilities
- Handle the implementation and monitoring of NRLM activities at the block level, including Self Help Group (SHG) formation and strengthening.
- Manage and supervise field coordinators and community cadres working under the rural livelihoods mission.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports on project implementation and submit them to the District Mission Management Unit.
- Keep accurate financial records, maintain books of accounts, and process bills and vouchers for the NRLM programme.
- Work with community institutions like Village Organizations and Cluster Level Federations to promote livelihood opportunities for rural poor families.
- Assist in organizing capacity building programmes, training sessions, and skill development workshops for SHG members.
- Monitor bank linkage and credit disbursement to SHGs and ensure timely repayment follow-ups.
