  • You must have passed 7th Class from a recognized institution

For Typist / Kamaladaru / Clerk / Kamati Posts:

Age Limit

  • You must be at least 18 years old as on 01 July 2025.
  • Maximum age is 52 years (42 years + 10 years relaxation for PwD candidates).
  • This 10-year age relaxation applies to all PwD candidates across all categories.

Salary

  • Group-4 Junior Assistant posts carry a pay scale as per AP Revised Pay Scales (RPS) 2022 under the 11th Pay Revision Commission.
  • Junior Assistant (Group-4): Estimated salary of Rs. 16,400 to Rs. 49,870 per month (basic pay).
  • Lower-level posts (Office Subordinate, Attender, etc.): Pay as per the 7th Pay Commission equivalent scales applicable in Andhra Pradesh.
  • You will also receive DA, HRA, and other allowances as per Government of Andhra Pradesh rules.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks assigned by senior officers in the district collectorate and subordinate offices.
  • Maintain and update official records, registers, files, and correspondence in the assigned section or department.
  • Assist in data entry, typing of official documents, letters, and reports using computers and typewriters.
  • Keep office premises clean and organized, and assist in the arrangement of office furniture and equipment (for Office Subordinate and Attender roles).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, dispatch of files, and delivery of documents between offices and departments.
  • Follow government rules and procedures for record-keeping, file management, and office administration.
  • Assist senior staff with photocopying, scanning, binding, and other document preparation tasks.
  • Work as directed by the controlling officer and perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
